Can I Edit My Order?
Your order can be edited before it processed. You could contact customer support team via WhatsApp chat or call to do so. Once order is placed and starts preparing your food, you may not edit orders.
I Want To Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your Order before preparing. It will not get cancelled once it prepared.
Will MTS Be Accountable For Quality/Quantity?
Quantity and quality of the food is our responsibility. However in case of issues with the quality or quantity, kindly submit your feedback.
Is There A Minimum Order Value?
We have criteria for minimum order value is Rs. 20/-. However, if anyone who opt for Weekly/Monthly packages can get free delivery.
How Long Do You Take To Deliver?
Standard delivery time is 20-25 Minutes which enables us to provide fresh foods.

We start at 8.00 am and Closed at 10.00 pm
Do You Support Bulk Orders?
In order to provide all customers with a great selection and to ensure on time delivery of your meal, we reserve the right to limit the quantities depending on supply. We request to our customers please Order Food in advanced if order is Bulk. Corporate Bulk Order can be place before 4 hours if order is at evening.

Can I Change The Address / Number?
Any major change in delivery address is not possible after order get prepared. However, slight modifications like changing the flat number, street name, landmark etc. are allowed. If you have received delivery executive details, you can directly call on +91 86524 92293.
